Ingredients Of Baked Namakpara With Roasted Almond Dip
For almond dip:

1/2 cup almonds (crushed), roasted
1 cup tomato, chopped
2 nos garlic cloves
1 basil sprig
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
For namak para:
250 gms refined flour
10 gms sugar
1 tsp salt
20 ml olive oil
150 ml water

How to Make Baked Namakpara with Roasted Almond Dip
Prepare the dip:

1.Place the tomatoes in a bowl. Crush and then chop the garlic, add to the tomatoes.
2.Finely chop the basil sprig and add to tomatoes with rest of the ingredients.
3.Refrigerate for a while.
Prepare namak para:
1.Prepare dough with the given ingredients. Give it a rest for 10 minutes.
2.Now roll out very thin sheet and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 10-12 minutes.
3.Remove and break into pieces. Serve with the almond dip.
